ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE 3 PM THE FIRST FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. WE DO NOT SHIP SO PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS REMOVED


1. All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. It is the bidders' responsibility to verify the integrity and condition of all goods before bidding. We do not test or verify any items sold in the auction.

2. Payment must be made in full before 10 am the 1st Thursday Preceding the Auction. UNLESS PRE ARRANGED, PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED UPON REGISTRATION THE NEXT DAY.

3. All items must be picked up before 3 PM the Friday preceding the Auction. Auction Depot will NOT ship items thus successful bidders must make all arrangements for removal of goods. All items must be paid in full before they are picked up.

4. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on all auction sales as well as 5% GST.

5. In any dispute, the auctioneer shall have the final say in all matters

6. All items not picked up before the removal deadline ( First Friday after the auction) are subject to a $20.00 per day storage charge. All goods not removed by the next auction will be sold and refunds will not be issued.

7. Grocery & food items may be past the best before date but always in saleable condition. if you are uncomfortable with this type of item please do not bid on them.

8. NO AUCTION PICK UP IS AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. PLEASE REMOVE ALL PURCHASES BEFORE 12 NOON FRIDAYS.
