1. All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. It is the bidders' responsibility to verify the integrity and condition of all goods before bidding. We do not test or verify any items sold in the auction.
2. Payment must be made in full SALE DAY. UNLESS PRE ARRANGED, PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED UPON REGISTRATION THE NEXT DAY.
3. All items must be picked up before the deadline as noted BELOW. Auction Depot will NOT ship items thus successful bidders must make all arrangements for removal of goods. All items must be paid in full before they are picked up.
4. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on all auction sales as well as 5% GST.
5. In any dispute, the auctioneer shall have the final say in all matters
