5.In the event that the supplied credit card is either a) Declined or b) has insufficient funds to settle the bidders invoice, A D Auction Depot Inc. reserves the right to either cancel all bids and/or sell the bidders goods to the runner up bidder without notifying the bidder.
6.A D Auction Depot Inc. does not arrange any shipping and/or fill out any shipping documents. If you cannot arrange your own shipping, please do not bid.
7.All purchases must be picked up within the pick up deadline. All items not removed by this deadline will be deemed abandoned and may at the discretion of A D Auction Depot Inc, be forfeited and resold. You will not be refunded if you do not pick up your items by the deadline.
8.All purchases are subject to a 15% buyer's premium as well as 5% GST. Please note that all buyers will be charged tax regardless of jurisdiction and it is the buyers responsibility to claim back GST from Canada Revenue Agency if they are exempt.
