ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVED BEFORE THE DEADLINE WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVING. ALL DISCONNECTIONS MUST BE MADE BY LICENSED TRADESPERSONS AT THE ARRANGEMENT AND COST OF THE BUYER.BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND MANPOWER TO LOAD THEIR ITEMS.

4.A D Auction Depot makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions, however all items are sold as is where is and it is the buyers responsibility to have satisfied themselves with the condition and authenticity of all items prior to bidding and shall not make any objection after the fact.
5.In the event that the supplied credit card is either a) Declined or b) has insufficient funds to settle the bidders invoice, A D Auction Depot Inc. reserves the right to either cancel all bids and/or sell the bidders goods to the runner up bidder without notifying the bidder.
6.A D Auction Depot Inc. does not arrange any shipping and/or fill out any shipping documents. If you cannot arrange your own shipping, please do not bid.
7.All purchases must be picked up within the pick up deadline. All items not removed by this deadline will be discarded or resold. You will not be refunded if you do not pick up your items by the deadline.
